Our story
From site supervision to a contractor of record.
The company exists because of a gap our founder saw repeatedly on industrial sites: the people who designed the structure and the people who built it were never the same people, and the cost of that gap was always paid by the client.
Akinola Olusola A. began his career in 2009 with a year of industrial training at Kokun Integrated Services Limited, then returned full time in 2013 after national service. Over the following four years he supervised four warehouse and factory builds, generator houses, a 33,000-litre diesel tank base, a diesel and oil tank farm, and effluent treatment plant tanks for some of the country's better-known manufacturers.
In 2017 he founded Akinola Olusola Integrated Services Limited, registered under RC 1475163, on a simple principle: design it, build it, install it, commission it, and stand behind all four.

Managing Director · Civil & Structural Engineer
A civil engineer by training and a builder by trade. Educated at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, in the Department of Civil Engineering, and at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), where he took both his Bachelor of Engineering and his master's degree.
His formative years were spent on industrial sites rather than in an office — supervising warehouse construction, tank farms, effluent treatment plants and generator installations for manufacturers including Daraju Plc, AFCC Dabur Nigeria Plc and Shakti Plc. He founded the firm in 2017 and still personally supervises the structural design on every project the company takes on.

How we operate
Four rules we do not bend.
Engineer it first
Nothing is priced before it is analysed. Structural design, reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules are produced in-house, so the number we give you is the number you pay.
Work around production
Most of our sites are live factories. We plan access, sequencing and shutdown windows so your line keeps running while we build.
One accountable party
Civil, building, electro-mechanical and commissioning scopes all stay with us. You get one contractor to hold responsible instead of a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other.
Commission, don't just finish
Load testing, alignment checks, statutory inspection and plant commissioning, closed out with as-built records and a clean site. A project is not done until it runs.
