Yes — most of our work is carried out inside operating factories. We plan the sequence around your shift pattern, agree access and permit arrangements up front, and where a shutdown window is genuinely unavoidable we tell you at tender stage rather than on the day.
Yes. Structural analysis, column and beam design, reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules are all produced in-house. We can also work to a consultant's drawings if the design is already fixed.
We have loaded, transported, positioned, connected and commissioned sets from 1,080 kVA up to 1,500 kVA, including a 1,250 kVA industrial gas generator at Mercury Mills, Ota, and have removed sets from cramped generator houses that were built around them.
Yes. Portal frames and support steelwork are analysed and detailed in-house, cut, welded and primed to drawing, then craned into position, plumbed and clad by our own team.
We manage statutory inspection and building-control liaison as part of the works on projects where that is in scope, and we issue drawings in the format the approving authority requires.
